Less administration. More club.
Members is in development. It is not available yet — this page explains what it will become, and why it is being built in the order it is.
FOR THE MEMBER
A parent updates a phone number once, and the club has it — not the office, then the team, then the season list.
FOR THE CLUB
Who has paid, who has not, and who is missing a consent form — without anyone building a spreadsheet to find out.
Why it comes after Web and Booking.
Web and Booking touch what a club shows and what it sells. Members touches what it holds — every member record, every payment, and the club’s obligations under NIF.
That is the part of a club that is hardest to get right, most disruptive to migrate, and most costly to get wrong. So it is being built after the other two, and carefully.
A club should be able to depend on this from the first day it exists. That is why it is being built in this order.
How it connects.
Web is where a club is found and joined. Booking is where sessions are reserved and paid for. Members is the register underneath both — so a person who joins through the site, and books through the club, is the same person to the office.
The three are designed to fit together. Members is the part that makes that connection worth having.
